New paper in Sci. Rep.

Our latest publication in Scientific Reports, led by Rémi Lamontagne, marks the first collaboration with Simon Duchesne’s Lab and continues our longstanding work with Nicolas Doyon. The paper introduces a novel approach using the UMAP dimension reduction algorithm to analyze MRI-derived cortical thickness measures, effectively differentiating between mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s subjects.
